We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days within the UK, while express delivery aims for next-day arrival if ordered before 2pm.
Can I return a souvenir purchased online?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable.
Are the products on the online shop the same as those in the theme park?
Many of our items are exclusive to the online shop, though we do stock fan favorites found at the Resort, including ride-themed merchandise and seasonal collections.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
