Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your Alton Towers Resort souvenirs, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our guest services team via the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including the completed returns form and ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to the Resort

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to the Alton Towers Resort Warehouse; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
